We're excited to help bring your ideas to life! Please review the information below before placing a custom order with Tumbleweed Custom Printing.

What We Offer

We currently accept custom designs for:

Faux Leather
Marine Vinyl
Sublimation Transfers
Adhesive Vinyl
Custom Wrapping Paper

You may upload your own design file or contact us to discuss a custom concept—we're happy to collaborate!

Accepted file types: PNG, JPEG, SVG, AI
Recommended resolution: 300 DPI or higher

No setup fees! We currently do not charge setup fees for custom printing.

Turnaround Time

Custom orders typically ship within 7–10 business days, depending on order volume, material availability, and file readiness. Shipping time is not included in turnaround estimates.

File Requirements

For best results:

Files should be 300 DPI or higher.
Artwork should be sized appropriately for the intended print area.
Wrapping paper designs should be seamless/tileable when applicable.
Low-resolution files, screenshots, compressed images, or improperly sized artwork may result in reduced print quality.

Print quality is dependent upon the quality of the artwork provided.

Unless a proof is requested, submitted artwork will be printed as provided.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted files for spelling, sizing, image quality, and design accuracy prior to submission. Tumbleweed Custom Printing is not responsible for errors contained within customer-supplied artwork.

Need help preparing your file? We offer basic file setup and seamless conversion services for an additional fee.

Color & Print Variations

Colors may vary slightly between screens, devices, materials, and printed products due to monitor settings, material types, and the printing process. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that different material types, textures, and finishes may affect the final appearance of printed artwork.

Copyright & Artwork Ownership

By submitting artwork, you certify that you own the rights to the design or have obtained permission to reproduce it.

Tumbleweed Custom Printing is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse artwork that may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

Tumbleweed Custom Printing reserves the right to refuse any artwork, design, or project that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, contain unlawful content, or otherwise conflict with our business policies.

AI-Generated Artwork

We accept customer-submitted AI-generated artwork for printing. By submitting AI-generated designs, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use, reproduce, and commercially print the submitted artwork.

Tumbleweed Custom Printing does not verify ownership, licensing rights, or the source of AI-generated content and is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or licensing disputes arising from customer-submitted artwork.

Customers are responsible for complying with the terms of service, licensing requirements, and usage restrictions of any AI platform, software, or service used to create their artwork.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Be sure to include your order number and requested changes. We will confirm whether modifications can still be made before production begins.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the affected product
Additional photos with a ruler for size reference if requested

Each case will be reviewed individually. Approved resolutions may include a replacement, reprint, store credit, or partial refund.

Selling Products Made with Our Prints

You're welcome to use your custom printed materials in finished products for resale. We love supporting fellow makers, crafters, and small businesses.
