Refund policy
RETURNS OF NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
If an issue arises prior to printing and/or shipping, please reach out to us at tumbleweedcustomprinting@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a solution. Once items are shipped, we are unable to provide a refund, unless the product is returned in new condition. We are always happy to help, so just reach out with concerns.
RETURNS OF CUSTOM ITEMS
Due to the nature of custom printed items and the inability to re-sell a custom item, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the order is printed. If you have questions, please email us at tumbleweedcustomprinting@gmail.com and we will be happy to let you know if your order has been printed.
DAMAGES
If your order is damaged, please send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos that show the issue, including a photo using a ruler to illustrate the size of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution that may include returning the project for a refund or replacement.
