Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES 

Current Turn Around Time is updated weekly in the Tumbleweed Custom Printing Facebook Group.  If you have questions, please reach out, we are always happy to discuss customer needs.  TAT is estimated in total days and includes weekdays and weekends (holidays are not included).  Once packages are dropped off with the shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Tumbleweed Custom Printing LLC is not responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Postal Service
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by Postal Service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

PICK UP

If you live in the Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, or Santa Fe area and want to pick up your order, please select “Pickup in Store”.  Our pickup can be either contact or contactless depending on your preference.  When your order is ready, we will email or message you on Facebook (if you are in our VIP group) to book a pickup time. Our location is in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (See our FB page for updated TAT time) using UPS or USPS (Choice is based on Delivery Time and Cost). In addition to an order confirmation email, a shipping confirmation email is also provided. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout. 

DUTIES

International Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties and import taxes upon delivery.  Orders valued at $150 CAD or more may incur customs duties, and orders valued at $40 CAD or more may be subject to import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
