Bag Rapports Vs. Cut 'N' Sews:
Rapports are only available in marine vinyl/ faux leather options and come in an 18x52 roll size.
Most cut-and-sew options are limited to vinyl/faux leather and are typically available in multiple sizes. Both require proof of purchase (IE, receipts) from their original pattern designer websites.

Marine Vinyl (Smooth and Crosshatch)
WOF is 52” wide. Premium marine vinyl that is mold/mildew resistant and UV treated. Indoor/Outdoor waterproof vinyl that can withstand extreme cold. Typically used in boat upholsteries, it is not too thick and not too thin. It has a slight stretch and bends nicely around corners. 30 oz, heavy duty, is lead free and safe for everyday use. The backing is white knit polyester that is strong, durable and fray resistant.
It is important to be aware that slight cracking may occur in the print if the vinyl is stretched beyond the elasticity of the ink.
Marine Vinyl can be interfaced with a wide range of interfacings and stabilizers. While all interfacings and stabilizers have not been tested, fusing at 305 degrees F for 5 seconds at a time produced positive results. Interfacings and Stabilizers should always be heat pressed on the wrong side of the material, with the heat source only against the back side of the fabric, never against the printed size.
Note: Smooth does have a light texture. Please reference photos.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
To clean the printed surface, gently wipe with a damp cloth. If using a mild cleanser, we strongly recommend testing it on a scrap piece before applying it to your final project.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Current Turn Around Time is updated weekly in the Tumbleweed Custom Printing Facebook Group. If you have questions, please reach out. We are always happy to discuss customer needs. TAT is estimated in total days and includes weekdays. (Holidays and weekends are not included). Once packages are dropped off with the shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Tumbleweed Custom Printing LLC is not responsible for:
- Mistakes made by the Postal Service
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by Postal Service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

PICK UP
If you live in the Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, or Santa Fe area and want to pick up your order, please select “Pickup in Store”. Our pickup can be either contact or contactless depending on your preference. When your order is ready, we will email or message you on Facebook (if you are in our VIP group) to book a pickup time. Our location is in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Items are shipped after processing (See our FB page for updated TAT time) using UPS or USPS.
DAMAGES
If your order is damaged, please send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos that show the issue, including a photo using a ruler to illustrate the size of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution that may include returning the project for a refund or replacement.
RETURNS OF NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
If an issue arises prior to printing and/or shipping, please reach out to us at tumbleweedcustomprinting@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a solution. Once items are shipped, we are unable to provide a refund, unless the product is returned in new condition. We are always happy to help, so just reach out with concerns.
RETURNS OF CUSTOM ITEMS
Due to the nature of custom printed items and the inability to re-sell a custom item, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the order is printed. If you have questions, please email us at tumbleweedcustomprinting@gmail.com and we will be happy to let you know if your order has been printed.
